WYM (Where You Meet) truly lives up to its name. If you go there, you’re guaranteed to meet amazing people, especially Kira, the owner, who makes absolutely fantastic coffee ☕️ and makes everyone feel welcome. And the food… wow 🤤 The Istra ham & cheese toastie 🥪 and the chicken pesto wrap are simply to die for, easily some of the best comfort food you’ll find around. What makes it even more special is the location 🌿, set right inside the Geelong Botanic Gardens. Surrounded by majestic trees and beautiful ferns 🌳🍃, it’s the perfect place to relax, slow down, and enjoy great coffee in a stunning natural setting. A must-visit spot for great vibes, great people, and seriously good food

Located very close to the entrance this small Cafe offers some small bites, beverages and drinks. The cafe is nicely decorated with plenty of sitting options for smaller groups. We were about to enter when one of the staff asked us to go back and wait despite empty tables and no proper sign to wait. Coming to the food, ofcourse price is steeper compared to the portion and location but it was our only option. Food taste was average and I ordered hot chocolate which did not taste so rich and my mate ordered Chai Latte which tasted like milk to her!

What a gorgeous gem at the heart of the already incredible Geelong Botanic Gardens. A lovely place to grab a nibble and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It’s had a huge overhaul and the new and extended layout is absolutely fantastic. They’ve got a decent menu and the coffee is fairly good. There’s a great range of ice lolly treats that will be amazing come Summertime! I recommend giving them a try. The atmosphere is gorgeous (and they even provide Aeroguard to deter the mosquitos). The service is top tier from all, but the British waiter in particular is incredible. He’s very on top of things and quite personable. Definitely worth checking out while you’re enjoying the Gardens.

Spontaneously took a trip to Geelong during some free time and stopped by this café in the Botanical Gardens. It’s a charming little spot, and the ham and cheese toastie is an absolute must-try! Be sure to look for Jannelle when you dine in—she’s wonderfully warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, WYM Coffee!

A hidden gem nestled within the beautiful Geelong Botanical Gardens, this little café was such a delightful surprise during our walk. The peaceful setting, surrounded by nature and the gentle sound of birds, made for such a lovely experience. The food was simple yet exceptional: a classic ham and cheese toastie that was perfectly balanced and full of flavour, and banana bread that was soft with just the right touch of crunch. The coffee was beautifully made, and the staff were warm and welcoming, with impressively quick service. A charming little spot I’ll be happy to visit again ❤️
