Delicious food beautifully presented on plates. A beautiful day truly starts with beautifully crafted dishes. The portions are generous, and the coffee is absolutely excellent.

My partner and I came to uptown cafe for breakfast. We ordered the breakfast platter which came in a reasonable amount of time. It was quite a big flutter with a good array of food. Very well spread out and presented. All of the savoury options were really nice. I particularly liked the halloumi and the mushrooms. I clums the least, built my glass of juice all over the table and the waiter at the time. Cleaned it up promptly and replaced the juicer free, which was nice. The only thing was the pancakes were maybe a little dry, dense and bready but overall a very good breakfast experience.

The staff were very friendly from the moment we walked in! They were also super lovely to my three girls especially my youngest, trying to comfort her when she broke the sugar bowl. The food left explosions of flavour in my mouth and was the best breakfast I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Geelong area!!

Ok, this has been a long time coming. We always walk past, see it bustling and say ‘we should really go there’.. well, toast was the day - and it didn’t disappoint! We were both actually really pleasantly surprised! First - the matcha 🍵 let’s unpack this. I didn’t even get a photo of it because I drank it too quickly 🫣🥲 ( google review blasphemy! ) it’s actually really lovely compared to a lot out there right now. Not too sweet and not too bitter or grassy, really well balanced. And the food - so flavourful! Bri got the chili eggs on roti and lovedddd it!! Said the flavours were spot on and he’d 10/10 order again. I had the nourish bowl with tofu and a side of mushies, and can confirm, absolutely slaps. Don’t think we took a breath after our food came out 😂 An amazing business adding to the vibrancy of Newtown end of pakington street. We’ll definitely be returning, and if you’re in the area, I highly recommend a visit!

Freshly made bagels, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, and a delicious roti served with spicy sauce, everything was excellent. They also prepare fresh juices according to your preference. The menu is great. The person who took our order was very polite and attentive. Everything was prepared quickly. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.
