Hidden gem in the middle of a city full of outstanding coffee. Stumbled upon this jewel when I met the owner under serendipitous circumstances and when he invited me over for a cuppa to โtry and see for myselfโ, I was properly impressed! In a city where every cup of coffee is going to be of a certain level, itโs hard to distinguish yourself but the coffee here was good enough to compel me to take an immediate second sip. Extraction and balance was on point, nutty notes with a medium to light roast made for a pleasant drink on a cool spring afternoon.
Iโm delighted to have discovered this great laneway coffee shop! The friendly staff and the perfect laneway vibe make it a great place to start your day with a good cup of coffee. I enjoyed my skim flat white :) And thanks to the previous review, I managed to identify the store by looking for Coffee X 3
Absolutely best coffee in Melbourne. Such a cozy little nook hidden in an alleyway, the coffee is just phenomenal every single time! The service is more than a 10/10, staff and owners are so incredibly lovely and kind. Itโs busy for a good reason, and despite this theyโre always insanely fast pumping out drink orders. I never see anyone waiting longer than just a couple minutes.
A few days ago, I accidentally left my wallet at this cafรฉ without realizing it. When I came back to check, the staff had already found it and kept it safe. On top of the amazing service, the coffee here is great and the atmosphere is super cozy, definitely a place Iโd love to come back to. Thank you so much for your honesty and care!
Had the hardest time finding this cafe, was looking for Two Conversations, but the sign says Coffee x3. Donโt be fooled! Look for the Coffee x3 sign. They didnโt advertise that they offer decaf, if in doubt ask! Seems to be common not to mention decaf on menus in Melbourne. The decor was amazing, I loved all the figurines spread across the cafe. I wish they had seating, I would love to relax in this cafe! The decaf piccolo was absolutely amazing. Anyone who says decaf can never taste as good as normal coffee needs to try this. Very clear, a bit fruity flavour. Will be visiting again next time Iโm in Melbourne.
