Really lovely café with great service and atmosphere. I ordered a smoothie today and found it was mostly ice and oat milk, with very little flavour or fruit. It wasn’t what I expected for the price. Everything else about the café was great, but I’d love to see the smoothies made with more fruit so they match the quality of the rest of the experience.

I finally stopped by this café after passing it many times, and while the vibe was welcoming, the food was extremely disappointing for the price. The pancakes were below average, undercooked, and topped with cheap ice cream and syrup. The banana smoothie even had a bitter taste. We were planning to have coffee after the meal, but given the poor food quality, we decided against it and went to another café nearby for coffee and a sandwich — both of which were far better in quality and value. Overall, the food here is overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend it for meals. Coffee might be okay, as many people seemed to stop by just for takeaways, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t risk it again. I also noticed there are many 5-star reviews for this place, but I honestly can’t relate — for me, even one star feels generous.

This is a wonderful cafe on the Eastern Hill in Manly. Loved by locals who know, a very community minded cafe owned and run by Vince. A very eclectic cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, and great coffee. Vince has recently introduced a great breakfast menu.

We managed to find parking on nearby streets. We had big breakfast, good serving size..was enough to be shared between 2 of us. Food is amazing. Customer Service is great. This was my second time at the Cafe..will definately be back again when in the area. Love the cozy atmosphere with antique decorations.

Stopped for a quick coffee on our way back to Manly from North Head (nice sunrise walk by the way). Staff were super friendly, coffee was great and loved the quirky chaos of the place … sat in too many polished concrete places the size of warehouses with two tiny stools - this was cosy and comfortable.
