Tasa Coffee House on North St at the ANU is a great place to stop by & have a feed, grab a cuppa or cold drink; The Kusian here makes sensational food & the staff are extremely friendly & always serving with a beautiful smile that makes for a perfect lunch! Parking is a little hard to find but don’t give up as its well worth your time if you like great food.
If you’re craving authentic Philippine cuisine, this is definitely the place to go. The food tastes homemade and flavorful, and the open kitchen lets you see everything being cooked fresh.
The food and the service is 100/10!🥰 If you craving for a filipino food this is the best 🤤❤️
Located in the Australian national University sports union building, Tasa Coffee House offers the usual modern breakfast menu of cooked breakfasts such as eggs Benedict, pastries, muffins and the likes. There's the usual wraps and prepared sandwiches and yoghurts in the display cabinet. Delve a little deeper into the menu and you will find Filipino options such a variety to silogs - plates of rice, salads and accompanying meats. There's a variety of drinks including coffees, milkshakes and smoothies. Coffee beans used are from local Canberran coffee roasters Red Brick, making for a great tasting coffee. The cafe is open until 3 pm on weekends also. Bonus! Note there is a surcharge for card transactions
Located right next to Griffin Hall, this is a cosy coffee house with superb coffee, sweet treats and savoury meals. I usually just end up getting an iced latte whenever I come here because it’s such good portion and I can slowly sip onto it while studying in Hancock Library right next to it. The Indian lady behind the counter is such a sweetheart, I came here twice after just to meet her, hahaha I was rushing for my class once and hadn’t eaten anything, and as I was placing my order for something expensive to takeaway, she offered to arrange a non-veg wrap from the menu into a veggie egg sandwich of sorts for me and it was the sweetest thing ever!!! Excellent service and great coffee, 10/10 would recommend:)
