Best coffees we've had in Australia (and we've tried loads). Ended up having 5 over a couple of visits. Relaxing environment, and nice guy working on both visits. Tasty lemon cake as well.

We came across Susie’s as it is next door to our gym. A great little discovery. It is run by a barista who is exceptional at his craft and he loves making coffee. We were so delighted when he gave us a lesson. Such fun. We could only give him 5 because it doesn’t go any higher.

Susie’s isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s where caffeine meets jiujitsu-level skills. The barista (Gerard) doesn’t just pour a mean latte, he could probably armbar you while doing it. I’ve never felt safer and more caffeinated at the same time. Oh, the coffee is also strong enough to make you invincible, you would want to come back for more.

The perfect little spot for a morning coffee or a quick and no-fuss lunch. The coffee (Proud Mary!) is always 11/10 and there's nothing like a cheap and cheerful baked bean jaffle to take you back to childhood. The cafe is very family friendly but also a cool spot to have a quiet chat with a mate. The music is always ace. I heard Johnny Cash, S-Club 7, Rascal Flatts and Lupe Fiasco all in one day. There's heaps of heart and soul and no wanky faff at Susie's. Everybody's welcome. Gerard is a cheerful bloke. Love going in. Congrats on the upgrade!
