Pete & Paulz Breakfast Bar is an absolute gem in Cairns! Fitzroy was fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the Big Breakfast, which has to be the best value in Cairns. Fresh, generous, and delicious. Great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Outstanding breakfast spot in central Cairns. Ordered the full English which was fresh, hot and soooo tasty. Service was laid back and friendly. Iced Long Black also very good. Will return !

Full english breakfast with optional black pudding was amazing. Best we have had over here with nothing missing. It included: Bacon 2 eggs Sausage Tomatoes Beans Mushrooms Hash brown Toast And my optional black pudding Loved it Great christmas music and friendly staff. Whats not to like :)

Super friendly staff who were quick to banter. Food excellent, pretty big portions and very tasty. The coffee was perfect. Eating area very clean and tidy. Will definitely visit again

Found this little cafe by walking past and immediately liked the look and menu. Enjoyed breakfast here two consecutive mornings and it’s now a favourite. Good variety on the menu at reasonable prices and obviously a popular choice for many. It’s not too big, with tables available inside and out, but plan ahead. Best time seems to be before 9am or you may have to wait for a table. Also they close at Noon, so it’s very much a breakfast spot - Wednesday to Sunday.
