Paella and Tapas Traditional have just catered for my birthday celebrations supplying both seafood and chicken and chorizo options. Everything ran smoothly and communication with Manuel throughout made the whole experience very easy. The food and service was fantastic and it was great to watch the paella's being prepared right in front of us. I would not hesitate to recommend Manuel and his team to anyone.

Paella and Tapas Traditional were perfect for my wedding! Manuel was amazing. His planning took all of the stress away! Juan and Catherine were delightful serving guests on the night. The paella was fantastic. Seafood, chicken and chorizo, and vegan/vegetarian for 120 guests. Weeks on and people are still commenting that it was the best paella they have ever had! Manuel (manager/owner) and Julian (chef on the night) catered for our recent springtime garden party for 50+ people at home. Everything was wonderful. Clear communications, delicious paella and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Great that it’s gluten free and there is a delicious vegetarian option so all guests were catered for. Highly recommended.

I found Paellas & Tapas to be very professional and easy to deal with. Manuel was excellent to communicate with and the food on the night was very delicious. The staff that cooked the food were very friendly and well organised. There were no issues and the whole process from start to finish flowed smoothly. We booked with Manuel for my dad's birthday / retirement party over the weekend. Everything about the process was easy. Manuel had great communication and a fair price.
