Cornbread breakfast with bacon — easily the best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. Absolute comfort on a plate.

I just had the best bacon and eggs in my living memory! I’ve had Market St on my ‘must try’ list for months as I live a couple of blocks away. I am now kicking myself from not trying it out earlier. Friendly service, amazing energy and an incredible venue with many goodies to try or take home with you. My scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the toast and butter were perfection and the haloumi was sliced straight from heaven. No joke - loved it!

Went today for the first time. I’m here for the weekend and I was wondering where to get at good take away coffee. We went to the Central market and we got a coffee here. I have to say the coffee is good . Thanks for your hospitality.

Great coffee and freshly made pastries. My personal opinion is that their quality is better than those stalls inside the Central Market. The outdoor seating is good, though a bit narrow, as the Market Street is not wide. Today I enjoyed a coffee under the direct sunlight in a cold winter afternoon, which was warm and cozy. Much appreciated this outdoor seating. I tried their pastries some times ago, which were awesome and delicious too.

Great little cafe and bakery near the central markets. Bake their own bread croissants etc. Had the breakfast special of zucchini and halloumi fritters with hummus and it was sensational. Hummus wasn’t too garlicky and the smoky paprika balanced well with the sweetness of the zucchini. Came with a perfectly poached egg and a little salad with a zingy vinaigrette. Will be back to sample more of the menu!!
