Asked for 4 scones with butter only - got 2 scones with jam and cream. When we asked if other 2 scones were coming we were informed that was 4 scones (i.e. each half a scone they counted as 1???). Wonder what they would do with other half of a scone if you ordered 1 scone! Price for 2 scones and 2 coffees was $31.47!!! In fairness coffee was ok, but didn’t compensate for rest - won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely love this place, the food is amazing, coffee is some of the best I have had. Service is top notch!

Stopped by for a late lunch. I ordered the ham, cheese and tomato toastie on gluten free bread and a passionfruit soft drink. The young boys working were friendly and helpful, and the older man was also very lovely. They took my gluten intolerance seriously and told me what they'd do to ensure I wouldn't get sick. Also probably the best gf bread I've had. Would definitely return!

I have been continuously surprised by the quality of the food and service at Lynch’s Hub. After visiting several times now, I was curious to try their online offering and I have been very impressed with the quality of the delicious items on offer. In particular, I highly recommend the Shiitake Mushroom & Szechuan Chilli Crisp topping which is perfect for complimenting simple dishes like eggs on toast. In addition, the Davidson Plum Jam and freeze dried gelato is extraordinarily delicious! Thank you to the owners and staff for providing such great food, products and service.

As at April 24/2025 Wonderful cafe with unexpectedly awesome vegan options. I was so relieved to find such a welcoming cafe with fantastic vegan options, in a spot I'd never even known about.
