Been going Lulu lala times to times .But today probably would be last time as this afternoon around 4.30 pm, me and my husband experience unpleasant behaviour from the staff! We had ice chocolate & matcha strawberry cream , when our drinks are ready we cant hear when the staff call my name and when we get our drinks they talked foreign language and laugh hard behind us .We found bit rude to act like that to customer

Loved everything that we ordered. Even had to order again to take to our flight. We got the iced matcha latte + butterscotch latte and the everyday bagel (changed the cream cheese to jalapeno one) and blueberry with strawberry cream cheese 💖

Came here for the matcha latte and absolutely loved it. The bagel with cream cheese was also delicious. Highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

Lululala is known for bagels and matcha, with staff from Korea. It is a hidden gem and I tried few times. In the past I really liked bagel with walnut cream cheese, then this time I thought I might just try something different, so I ordered blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. For me, it is over sweet, I still like walnut cream cheese. I also ordered Iced Matcha Latte. I drink matcha everyday as my daily routine, but I found most of cafes make very sweet matcha including Lululala, so if you like sweeter matcha, you can go for it. Overall, try this cute Korean styled cafe☺️

I found the best matcha latte in Perth!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I searched for a matcha with a bitter flavor until I came here. The first time I got a matcha latte (in a turquoise cup) without asking for changes. It was too sweet for me🥴, but it had a hint of bitterness from the matcha🥰. The second time (in a white cup), I asked for less sugar. It was better, still had some bitterness, but was still a bit too sweet for my taste. I love matcha that has a bitter hint and only a small amount of sweetness. If you like that too, this is the best place to go👌. Plus, it's very affordable compared to other “viral” shops. Many other places don’t have the real matcha taste; they are either too sweet or too milky.
