Tucked along a busy Sydney street, this modern cafรฉ offers a welcome pause from the cityโs constant motion. Even during rush hour, the ordering system is impressively smooth โ from placing your order to receiving your coffee, everything flows efficiently without feeling rushed, which is a real plus in such a fast-paced area. The interior leans into a clean, minimalist design that feels both stylish and calming. Simple lines, muted tones, and thoughtfully spaced seating create an atmosphere where you can genuinely relax and enjoy your coffee. Despite being surrounded by traffic and footfall outside, the space inside feels composed and unhurried, making it easy to settle in for a quiet moment. The coffee is the real highlight. Deep, rich, and full of flavour, it has a satisfying intensity that will appeal to serious coffee drinkers. Each cup feels carefully prepared, with clear attention paid to extraction and balance, resulting in a bold yet smooth finish. From a practical perspective, the central location makes it ideal for a quick stop between appointments or while exploring the area. Itโs easy to see why locals keep coming back โ it delivers consistently good coffee, a calm and stylish space, and efficient service all in one. If youโre looking for a reliable cafรฉ that reflects Sydneyโs polished coffee culture, this spot is well worth a visit.
Our group of 6 had an early weekend breakfast so it wasn't busy at all. When we went past later it was much busier. The food choices were fantastic, plenty of old favourites but with an interesting twist. The Egg & Bacon Roll was delish! Good coffee. Service was friendly and efficient. Love the decor too! Recommend! ๐๐ป
The ladies were very attentive and friendly as well as fast. I had the ham and cheese croissant ๐ฅ which was very nicely toasted however a sparse on the cheese. Hubby had the goat cheese omelette which he said was really good except for the toast which we would have enjoyed more toasted. Unfortunately the toast was very very dry with not even a scraping of butter on it. We asked for more butter (for 2 pieces of bread) and it was delivered almost immediately in a little bowl in the shape similar to what comes out of a piping bag. The amount was so little it actually didn't cover the toast, especially when you enjoy your toast buttered from edge to edge. As far as the cost is concerned, we felt it was very dear, but that is Sydney as usual. Overall a pleasant experience but would suggest maybe really nicely toasted bread and absolutely more butter. The seating is very tight because it's not such a spacious dining area. Beautiful clean and white.
Loved our brunch here! The pandan white chocolate pancake was so fluffy and unique, the figs & goat cheese omelette was perfectly balanced, and the porcini nest was packed with flavor. We also enjoyed a latte and a tiramisu float โ both were excellent. The service was awesome from start to finish. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
Had such a lovely brunch while wandering around the York Street area! The food was amazing, the avocado smash was super fresh and full of flavor, and the wild mushrooms were just incredible. You can tell everythingโs made with care. Huge shoutout to Elsy and the team for the excellent service, everyone was so friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a lazy brunch or catching up with friends. Highly recommend this spot, definitely one of the best brunches Iโve had in a while!
