We ordered the eggs benny and the cauliflower salad. Both were really good and the cauliflower salad was very delicious as it had a wide range of textures and very well seasoned. The only thing would be that the drinks are served in a takeaway cup despite dining in, which is a minor issue and that the food is at a higher price point considering the components of each dish, particularly the salad. Despite that, it was enjoyable dining in and service was super friendly.
The beef was juicy but had a strong gamy taste, which was further emphasized by its sweet seasoning. The prawns in the omelette rice were large, but they were not deveined, and the broth was quite fishy. Overall, both dishes felt a bit heavy and were not quite suitable for the daily first meal. Hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.
Fantastic sandwich. Finding the best balance between not to dry or to soggy. We had the chicken sambo ,pork smabo and egg sambo Chicken wins by far.... Coffee was decent, not bitter. Staff were friendly and a nice chill vibe inside Definitely go,if only for the sambo
Loved coming here, they had the only decent matcha I tried in GC (but I didnโt go out of my way to find good matcha, just bought from cafes as and when) Their Omurice is good- got the beef cheek and the pork cutlet. I definitely preferred the pork cutlet as their house curry is yum. Itโs not fried rice though, more like steamed rice but still good.
Itโs a cozy Japanese cafรฉ-restaurant. The dishes we ordered werenโt bad. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the omurice โ it said it came with fried rice inside, but it tasted more like plain steamed rice and felt a bit heavy. The sando was also slightly disappointing because the meat was quite tough, so it was hard to enjoy more than a few bites. But overall, it was alright.
