It was 41c and we were travelling back to to NSw and needed to find a place for something to eat where it was Dog friendly. We struck gold here. The coffee was the best we have found on our travels through Victoria (I would really love to know what coffee it was as I'm up for having it shipped! ) - where the coffee has to be said is amazing, so this place as you can imagine really was excellent. Besides the lunch also being excellent and quick to be served, the staff are so very friendly and helpful even on such a horrible heat stressed day with fires all over the place - then being allowed to bring our dog into the cafe out of the blistering 41c wind to me was the going above and beyond and showed us a kindness that is rare. What lovely a place - I could almost move to Bendigo just for that.

Had a nice brunch at Fox & Giraffe. Small menu but really nice food, the staff were very friendly.

Stopped for brunch on the way down to Melbourne on a sunny Sunday, three families with kids and teens. Good menu options to suit different tastes, nicely presented food and the portions were generous. Nice outside dining under tree shade. The service was quick, despite there being a good crowd.
