A superstar in the making. A great sandwhich option. Think of it as a folded Pizza. The bread is very much like Woodford pizza. To notch ingredients, interesting concept and good drinks options. Definitely worth a visit. Where does it rank compared to other sandwhich options in the area? It doesn't, it's completely is own thing. If you can't decide if you want a pizza or sandwich, come here!

Oh, if this sandwich(?) was anything to judge by, this place is gonna get a LOT busier soon. It's just opened and I've tried a couple of their things now and today's was the American Meltdown (pictured) which blew me away. This is my new favourite local sandwich for sure, which is saying something in a suburb with so much great food. The char on the bread gave it a nice subtle smoky taste, and everything in the inside was perfectly balanced. Can't wait to grab this again.

I came here for lunch on a Friday a week after they opened. I had heard great things about about their Pyrmont shop and so had high expectations. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Mayhem Again and my mate had the American Melt-down. Where to start. The bread was sensational - light, fresh, warm with a perfect balance of crunch and fluffy texture. The balance of the filling flavours was done so well. Great customer service too. The owner came out after we had finished to see how everything was which I thought was really nice. Marrickville Traders is still a relatively new space so the atmosphere isn't what you might expect, however once businesses move in and start operating the center will be cranking. A bonus that it's indoors with air con, so a great lunch spot on a 35 degree day like today. Highly recommend this place ✌🏼

New sandwich gem in Marrickville ✨ Tried it on a whim and wow… the wood fired bread sandwiches were insanely good 🤤🔥 Menu feels fresh and different, and the staff were super friendly which made the visit even better. Loved browsing the little grocery items and coffee beans too 🛒☕️ Coffee was perfectly balanced and delicious. Definitely coming back! 💯🙌
