But there must've been a Death Star canteen, yeah? There must've been a cafeteria downstairs, in between battles, where Darth Vader could just chill. I had to go here because I’m a massive nerd. It didn’t disappoint on the coffee or food front.

Great little breakfast find on our last day in Brisbane. Definitely a good following of coffee loving locals. Breakfast was delicious and looking forward to returning with family members who have a love of Star Wars

Decided to go to the dark side this morning and have breakfast before work. Death Star Canteen is close to my workplace so sat down and ate in and had eggs 🥚 and mince. Wow was I surprised this dish is crazy 🤪 good 👍 Death Star Canteen is my new favourite little Cafe highly recommended. The dark side ain't that bad.

Friendly staff, quick turnaround, generously portioned food and good value for money. This hidden gem is great for coffee on the go or a sitdown meal. I also love the nod to Star Wars, fun atmosphere. I had the scrabbled eggs on toast. Bread was lite and fluffy, with a good amount of texture from being toasted. Eggs were generously portioned and buttery. The tomato relish was a nice addition to pair back the richness. Overall, a well balanced delicious breakfast. I'm also a fan of thier hot chocolate. Rich and luxurious.

Obviously went here for the name! And happy to report it turns out to be delicious as well! Staff are really lovely, coffee is good (as reported by my melbournian partner) had breakfast there twice now and it's been great! They also have delicious little brownies tucked away in a jar that are gorgeous!
