The mont blanc and k-ochu sujebi pasta are my new favourites! So much unique flavour. I love how this place keeps innovating. The staff are super friendly and give good energy to the place! Would highly recommend this place๐ฝ๏ธ
Cheolโs cafe is a quaint and cute spot, and I loved the pink aesthetic outside. ๐ The matcha cookie was yummy, but I found the meals bland and lacking in flavour. The outdoor table we had was very wobbly too, which was quite annoying. Maybe my expectations were just high because of all the great reviews, but overall, itโs not a place Iโd be eager to revisit.
Good food if you order the right stuff but a little pricey. Limited seating. Came here on a Saturday morning with the family. The place is a little small and right on the edge of the road at a busy carpark. Those with young kids should be cautious. Good thing is that there's plenty of parking. We ordered a chilli crab scramble, mala scramble, mushroom toastie, and a mango matcha. The chilli crab scrambled eggs was great. The scramble was well done - soft and buttery. It was topped with a flavourful and spicy crab topping. The spice packed a good punch. However, there wasn't much topping. The serving size seemed slightly small for the price. The sourdough was beautifully buttered and toasted but it didn't have much of that classic sourdough flavour. The mala tomato scramble was almost a complete disappointment, saved only by the pickled zucchini. The scramble was the same - beautiful. But there was no mala flavour and no spice in the tomatoes. We tried really hard to find the mala flavour and it just wasn't there. The pickled zucchini was fantastic. Sourdough was the same - lacking in flavour. Mushroom toastie was good. Nothing to shout about. Just decent for the price. Mango matcha was good. Great match for the food. The server who brought our food seemed like she really didn't want to be there. Not friendly, not warm, didn't bother with a single glance, and didn't care about who had what dish even after I signalled who was having the dish. The experience was disappointing. All things considered, we've had better food with better service at a similar price point. Maybe I'm just still trying to get past how disappointing that mala tomato scramble was.
We had bulgogi beef , was delightful! A balance of sweet and savory. Caramelised onion great touch. Chilli crab scrambled eggs are a must as well ! Spicy and savory, great textures . Coffee was good , pistachio machan was great . Will pop over again
Went with my friends and tried the weekly (?) special โ creamy curry scrambled eggs with crab on toast โ and wow, it was SO good. My friends ordered their go-to miso scrambled eggs (a favourite for a reason!), the fried chicken with waffles, and the bulgogi beef sandwich (I think?). Everything was absolutely yummm. ๐คค Special shoutout to the waffle fries โ crispy, golden, and addictive. Even on our second visit, they did not disappoint. ๐ The staff were super friendly and accommodating with our requests, making the whole dining experience warm and welcoming. ๐ค All in all, a wonderful visit. Definitely recommend this spot if youโre in the area โ perfect for brunch dates or a chill catch-up with friends! ๐ฅฐ
