Delicious food (caesar wrap definitely my fav) easy parking on the external street if youre in a bit of a hurry, and friendly service.

I have come here my last 4 Thursday mornings and it has become one of my favourite times of the week. I always order and double shot coffee and it is always smooth and lovely. The breakfast toastie is also a staple in my Thursday mornings. Couldn’t recommend boathouse enough.

Boathouse coffee, wow what can I say! Food is always delicious and always go back for their warm sweet muffin. Which I should add, are made fresh daily. Their coffee is always so smooth and so tasty. I love the vibe of this place, the music is always so groovy, the service is amazing with big smiles and can always have a good chat and laugh with the workers. I highly recommend coming to boathouse coffee.

Great little spot for breakfast. Enjoy our visit, especially my partners daughter who couldn't keep her eyes off the local talent (our service provider) haha! Great views as this cafe is located above the rowing club, so able to see across the waters and up into the hilly areas. Clean and warm inside or there is seating undercover outside on verandah. Plenty of parking. Opens early so get yourselves into a good local business for breakfast you tourists and enjoy the nice service and food.
