Food: Food was delish. Unfortuntely, some of the dishes did not accurately reflect the items portrayed on the menu (see images) - so may be due for an update. Service: Some aspects of the service were poor. The cafe was busier than usual (according to the staff) causing disorganisation with the orders. I recieved my coffee within 5 minutes of ordering where it took another customer 30 minutes to get their’s. Some of the food and the juice also took over 40 minutes to be prepared. Aside from that, the staff were easy to get along with, helpful and polite. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was okay. Sitting outside, there was moderate traffic noise. However the interior design and table layout was fine. Waiting customers and frantic staff “killed the mood” a little but not majorly. The venue was clean and amenities were adequate. Overall: It’s a nice spot for a feed. They could improve: - staffing, especially in preparation for a busy period (AC/DC on last night). - the menu photos. I would like to say, well done to the team on. During such a busy period they did quite well to remain relatively on top of things, especially the young girl doing work experience. E&D ❤️

Came in for a quick breakfast on the way to work. Their online ordering system was clunky and slows you down a LOT. Hard to find what you want on the online menu. Then choose your options (though it is good they have options), then confirm and enter payment details. Faster if you are a regular sure - but a menu is more efficient. Give us the choice please. The wait was longer than we would have liked. The food was reasonably good. The ‘avo smash’ was actually eggs on toast with avo. The choice was 3 eggs or none ? I ordered chicken protein salad & asked for salad dressing on the side which was done (✔️) The salad was grilled chicken, cherry tomato, apple & rocket. They forgot the spiced pumpkin - I asked and it showed up later. Pumpkin was tasty and spicy. A small amount of beetroot hummus in the background there. Probably just for colour. Overall fine; wouldn’t order it again. The place plays pop music loud & has a large screen for those needing more chaos in their life. A bit much at breakfast. Wouldn’t come back but you could do worse.

Food is absolutely amazing!! Best big breakfast, steak sandwich and Bacon and egg roll we had ever had. Definitely will recommend this place all the time and will 10000% be back.

Beans and Barrel is a google search that I never knew I would love! The place is resounding with a hip and modern vibe, filled with friendly and cool crew. The food is generous, reasonable and absolutely yum! Wifey and I loved their food. Highly recommended! 💯

We’re visiting from the USA. Staff is very helpful and friendly, cannot speak highly enough of the food! We’d planned on trying a different bakery each day, but the almond croissants and pistachio coffee hooked us. We brought toddler and baby, they loved the food and we appreciated the kid friendly food options and high chairs. There were several other families with kids too, and adult groups. It was a very comfortable atmosphere for adults only or families. It’s easily walkable (we brought our stroller) and in a safe neighborhood. Comparable in price to Panera (if you’re familiar with it) but much higher quality food.
